“Connecting to Protect the Sacredness of Place and Being”: The 2023 Tribal Environmental Leaders Summit (TELS) will be hosted by the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes held in Fort Hall, Idaho at the ShoBan Casino Hotel. Many tribes budget for travel and registration fees in your GAP applications. If it is not budgeted for 2023 please reach out to your EPA Project Coordinator to include funding for you to attend.
Receive an automatic 25% discount (no code needed) if you register by March 27, 2023!
In-person registration will be $100 for College Students, Elders and Next Gen Youth (ages 12-17), and $200 for Adults/Professionals. Virtual attendee registration is $75. We will have scholarships available so please don’t let the cost prevent you from attending. Indicate on your registration that you are interested in a scholarship for travel and lodging assistance and choose pay by invoice. Or, send an inquiry about scholarships to Randi Madison at randi@region10rtoc.net.
We can offer a Tribal Member Rate of $119 per night for hotel rooms at the venue hotel.
All guests would need to do is show their Tribal ID upon check in. Anyone who is not a Tribal Member will receive a room rate of $129 per night. There is a limited capacity of rooms at the venue. We recommend calling 208-238-4800 to reserve your room by the end of February. If there are no rooms available at the Shoshone-Bannock Casino hotel, they will assist you in securing a room at one of their sister hotels in the area, located in Pocatello, a 10 min drive to the venue.
